Return Policy

Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be made for a different color or size of the same style purchased during the flash sale within 15 days of delivery, subject to availability. To initiate an exchange, contact info@ibkul.com or (212) 768-7320 between 10 AM and 3 PM EST Monday-Friday. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with original tags attached and in the original packaging.

Return Policy

IBKÜL accepts flash sale returns within 15 days of delivery. To start a return, please click the return portal link provided in the order confirmation email. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with original tags attached and in the original packaging.

Once your online return request is submitted, please allow 1 business day for approval. Approved returns must be shipped back and received by our return center within 15 business days of return approval.

Returns are processed within 2–3 business days after the returned item(s) are received. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

If you choose to use the prepaid UPS return label provided by IBKÜL, $2.99 will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to ship your return using a carrier of your choice, IBKÜL is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number.
